As a Clinical Lead at Nutrix Homecare, Christina leads the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for children with complex healthcare needs. Her role includes undertaking comprehensive clinical assessments, developing and reviewing person-centred care plans and risk assessments, carrying out home visits, advocating for the needs of service users, promoting clinical excellence, maintaining compliance through clinical audits, and driving continuous quality improvement.

She works collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and effective care that places the child at the heart of ever of every decision. With over 14 years of experience as a Registered Paediatric Nurse, she is passionate about delivering exceptional, child-centred care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Christina is committed to empowering families, supporting healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective care, and ensuring that every child receives the highest standard of care in an environment where they can thrive. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending quality time with my family, travelling, and reading, all of which help me maintain a balanced perspective and bring renewed energy to my work.
