With over five years' experience across NHS workforce solutions and complex homecare, Edward has buillt strong relationships with NHS Trusts, discharge teams, CHC teams, case managers and community professionals to support safe, timely patient discharges. His expertise includes coordinating complex care packages, mobilising specialist clinical staff and ensuring seamless transitions from hospital to home. He is passionate about delivering person-centred care, he combines operational methods with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both healthcare providers and the families they support. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures and taking in live football across Europe.
