Ellie Bush

As Clinical Feedback Team Manager and Safeguarding Lead at Nutrix Homecare, based at the Liverpool Street head office, Ellie Bush has been an integral member of the team for the past ten years. Over the course of her tenure, she has spent the last four years dedicated to the role of Safeguarding Lead, whilst continuing to lend her expertise to the Clinical Investigations and Feedback team. Ellie is proud to be part of Nutrix Homecare, where she is able to draw on her skills and knowledge to help maintain the safety, wellbeing, and quality of care provided to service users every day.

In her role, Ellie oversees and actions complaints, incidents, and safeguarding concerns reported to the organisation, whilst managing responses to enquiries from Local Authorities and other investigatory and governing bodies. Her responsibilities demand both a proactive and reactive approach, implementing safeguarding measures ahead of time, whilst also responding quickly and effectively when concerns arise to ensure they are thoroughly investigated and followed up. It is a role that carries real weight, and Ellie takes great pride in the direct impact her work has on protecting service users and staff alike, whilst upholding the high standards of care that Nutrix Homecare is committed to.

Outside of work, Ellie is an avid reader with a particular love of Gothic literature and fantasy. When she is not lost in a good book, she enjoys long walks with her dog, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
