Sarah Sanford

Based in the London Liverpool Street office, Sarah Sanford is the Compliance Manager for Nutrix Homecare. With over a decade of experience in NHS nursing and two and a half years in homecare, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Sarah is proud to be part of Nutrix Homecare because of the genuine difference the team makes in the lives of the children and families they support. She believes that great homecare goes beyond simply placing a carer or nurse — it's about building trust, fostering meaningful relationships, and consistently going above and beyond so that families feel supported every single day.

In her role, Sarah oversees the registration, clearance, maintenance, and audit teams, playing a key part in ensuring Nutrix Homecare supplies compliant and competent staff. She also takes responsibility for staff training and ensuring the company meets all CQC requirements.

Outside of work, Sarah has two children, a 16-year-old and a 4-year-old, and loves spending her weekends making the most of family time.
